Dear MG MUSIC,
I am writing this letter to beg you to improve the quality and performance of the employees in this store. I understand that this music store has a name and a pretty good record in the eyes of consumers, but not for me. a few days ago I bought an electric guitar with gibson brand that has been equipped with sound system, but I am very disappointed that the guitar was not working and pulled out the proper sound effects, the guitar I bought with the price is quite expensive, but I do not satisfied that this guitar was a product failed because an error occurred in the construction so that the guitar can not be used as appropriate.
I want to complain to the store selling guitars in this shop "MG" music, for his thorough lack of selling goods that are causing my disabilities as consumers get the material and loss of time because I finally had to wait more time to get The new guitar like the type that again . on this occasion, I asked whether the coordination of the "MG" music does not care that things went so this can happen to me, as far as I "MG" music has a good management with employees professional enough, but why it is I think large enough this can happen, why the "MG" music as if a group of people who are not professionals who lead their own good name can be contaminated.
Thus this complaint letter I wrote, that the "MG" music can correct errors in their management, I just like the "MG" music and to improve the quality of their professionalism one of the big music stores and famous in the capital of Jakarta .
