After I spoke with the owner of the shop, finally I then agree to to be waiting for the guitar gibson his replacement in time 1 week, and the shop side promised that this incident will never be repeated again. Such was my experience at the time of me complained because of the electricity guitar that really I desired was gotten by the factory defect from the manufacturer's company of the guitar personally.........
